You don't have to go through this alone.

You hold so much space for others. But who holds space for you?

Bavleen Mehta, Registered Psychotherapist

Does This Sound Familiar?

Are you feeling

tired? alone? scared? lost? empty? overwhelmed? unseen? numb? anxious? exhausted? drained? stuck? trapped? invisible? unheard? misunderstood? disconnected? restless? burnt out? defeated? discouraged? helpless? isolated? abandoned? rejected? inadequate? insecure? fearful? tense? weary? fragile? heavy? hollow? adrift? forgotten? overlooked? unappreciated? resentful? irritable? detached? vulnerable? depleted? foggy? paralyzed? unloved? unwanted? judged? pressured? torn? uncertain?

Are you exhausted from trying to live up to the expectations of those around you?

Do you feel like you look out for everyone in your life, but no one looks out for you?

Maybe you're carrying the weight of past experiences, relationship struggles, anxiety, or the quiet pressure of cultural and family expectations.

Maybe you have a trauma that still haunts you. One that no one else knows about.

I hold space for all of it.

If any of this resonates with you, I'd like to help you on your journey.

Bavleen Mehta

"A warm, safe space where you feel genuinely heard and supported."

I'm a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) based in Toronto, bringing years of clinical experience from both India and Canada since relocating in 2022.

As a first-generation South Asian immigrant woman who identifies as demisexual, I understand firsthand the systemic barriers many of my clients face, and I bring that lived experience into my practice with compassion, humility, and a deep commitment to reducing stigma around mental health.

My approach is rooted in intersectionality and equity. I work with clients of all genders, sexual orientations, and across a wide range of cultural backgrounds, including culturally-informed care for Indigenous communities. I strive to create a space where every client feels seen, respected, and understood in the fullness of their identity.

I'm passionate about this work and grounded in perseverance and dedication, qualities that have shaped both my personal journey and my professional path. As I continue working toward full RP status, I remain committed to growing as a clinician while supporting your emotional wellbeing with care and authenticity.
